Hevean Signature Series component-based mattresses

The Hevean Signature series are component-based mattresses that allow you to customize the layers (within reason) according to your comfort requirements. This can be done both before you buy and after you have tried the mattress at home.

Each mattress is made from 2” layers of latex wrapped in an organic cotton sleeve and then encased inside a top-zippered cover. Utilizing more layers allows for a more nuanced approach to mattress fitting. Subtle changes like reversing the order of the top few layers can provide a precise fit impossible to get with other mattresses. The wider range of comfort options is especially beneficial for side sleepers looking for more comfort. And you can actually sleep test it. Now, this may seem a little confusing at first but it’s fairly straightforward.

Finding the right mattress always starts with your predominant sleeping style. We have our most common combinations listed on each page, and a general mattress firmness guide is found here, but sometimes a little more tact is needed. This is where we come in. Our experts can blend our vast experience with your personal preferences to find the optimum combination of layers. This can even be done over the phone, but you’re more than welcome to book a mattress fitting.

What’s particularly special about the Hevean Signature Series is that there no wrong choice. Each Hevean mattress comes with a 120-Day Layer Exchange program that allows you to exchange a maximum of 2 layers within the 120-day period if needed. This provides you ample time to test your Hevean mattress and see if you've found the best layer combination that suits your needs and preference.

You can try sleeping on the mattress whose layers you initially chose, at home, to see for yourself whether you’re comfortable and if you wake up feeling fresh and energized. If you’re not satisfied with the current layer combination, you can then exchange the layers you’re concerned about.

We also have a Loyalty Program that entitles you to a 25% discount on a limited number of layers or covers if your comfort requirements change during the Warranty period of your mattress.

Classic Series mattresses

The Nature’s Embrace Classic Series is our traditional organic latex mattress. Unlike the Hevean series, the layers of our Classic 8 & 10 latex mattresses are bonded together with a GREENGUARD Gold-certified adhesive. Since the layers are bonded there is no way for you to personalize how a Classic mattress feels after trying it at home.

However, this does not mean that you won’t find the right Classic latex mattress for you. We use the same high-quality organic latex and the mattresses are fabricated by the same in-house master mattress craftsmen. We just use more traditional techniques based off a Firm 6-inch core, so each mattress is typically Firmer than the those found using more nuanced modern construction techniques.

The thicker, firmer core tends to reflect the body closer to the surface and prevents you from sinking too deep into the mattress which is preferable for many people. The Classic 10 is a little softer than than the Classic 6 & 8, but all mattresses in this category are best suited for those looking for a Firmer feel out of there mattress.
