Hevean Wool Dunlop Latex Mattress

We are so pleased with our newly purchased mattress from Natures Embrace. This is our 3rd mattress we have purchased from this company and we highly recommend it to everyone who asks where they should get a mattress from. Everything was super easy from ordering online, contacting customer service to customize the order, shipping and putting together mattress at home. We are very happy with the quality of the mattress as well. It's so comfortable and we are sleeping wonderfully. It has definitely helped with my spouse's back pain. Love that the layers are separate and no longer glued as you can swap them out if need be.

I received my mattress not long ago as I started having back pain with my other mattress (which was only a few years old).
From the first night my back and body have been so much happier. I can't say anything for longevity yet but I am very happy with this mattress!

love my hevean 10'' super comfy and love the layering ability or oppourtunity to swap within 6 months if layers werent perfect. i didnt need to but its nice to have that fallback. love how its customizable for back,side,or belly sleepers and the thickness levels etc.

i dont like how the framing requirements for warranty purposes are so exuberant... i understand they are super heavy but most people would need to purchase a new bed frame or risk it!

This is a very comfortable bed for two people -- we bought the "medium-firm" version and movement from each other is not especially felt. It is supportive and feels great! The assembly was easy, with one thick mattress and two toppers all zipped together. We put the bed together in a matter of minutes.

We needed to replace our memory foam mattress and were looking for more environmentally responsible option hence the full latex mattress.
We chose to go with Nature embrace because it is a local company. We went into the showroom and Tyson was super helpful to help us choose the right mattress.
I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back and sides. We were worried that the firmness (we chose medium) was going to be an issue. The mattress kind of cushions us (we love the feel) but it is still super supportive. After a month, both of us are super happy with our purchase. Our sleeps are comfortable and no pain.
Also because it is modular we can swap the layers should we need to. We likely will stick to the current setup as a 'medium' firm mattress as we are happy with it. Thank you!

We are finding our new 10" Hevean mattress very comfortable. The latex layers provide good support where needed and allow enough softness for hips and shoulders to sink in. We phoned the company to see if we could take advantage of their sale price but delay shipment as we were out of the country on a trip. They were very accommodating. We have set up the layers as firm, medium, medium, soft, soft and so far have not felt the need to adjust the layers but if we feel the need to do so at some point that option is available to us. The quality of all the components seems top notch and looking forward to enjoying this bed for many years.

I've had my latex mattress for over a year now and the quality of my sleeps has never been better. It’s been so good to me I ended up buying a one for my daughter.

In love with my mattress, I bought the haven 10 organic. Johnathan had the perfect recommendation of soft/soft/medium/medium/firm.

This mattress is amazing. I had no idea that it was possible for a bed to be so comfortable. I used to wake up sore and stiff but from the first night sleeping on this mattress, I experience none of that discomfort. Every sleep is a good one!!!

I purchased the queen sized Hevean 10 latex mattress. I did a lot of research & determined that 100% latex makes the best possible bed. I live in Victoria BC and found that there are two local shops that could assemble a latex mattress for me as well as a few in Vancouver. I chose Nature's Embrace because of their experience exclusively with latex mattresses and because of the flexibility of their packages. You can select the number of layers and the firmness of each. And very importantly, each 2 inch layer has it's own cotton cover with zippers. The latex seems genuine and the quality of the covers is good. There is no odor at all. Overall a top quality product.

Be aware that pure latex is heavy & awkward. For shipping it comes in a strong plastic bag inside a thick cardboard box. Unfortunately the shippers tried to stand the box on it’s edge & it was badly damaged. They taped up the torn box and delivered it to my carport on a pallet. I was able to carry each layer separately and reassemble the mattress directly on my bed. The mattress itself was undamaged.

I am very pleased with the sleeping comfort. The latex is resilient and buoyant.
The experience is a significant improvement over my previous foam mattresses and in theory should last for several generations.

Overall, a simple quality customizable mattress that provides a very comfortable sleep. I recommend this company and it’s well designed products.

So...it took our queen size mattress 4 days to cross Canada and almost two weeks to cover the last 15 kilometers to the Laurentians. The box was damaged but the sturdy plastic protected the mattress very well. The mattress is quite heavy and the movers were very happy to leave it in our hallway. Our staircase makes it difficult to move a queen size bed to the second floor. The advantage of the ''Hevean 10 organic'' is that you can unzip the mattress, carry the 5 individual layers and rebuild the mattress in the bedroom. This was very easy to do and made the move much more manageable than a regular spring mattress.

With respect to the comfort...we wanted to wait a few weeks of trial before making this review, but we noticed many improvements after only a few days and can say it is the best mattress we have ever had. We have renamed the Hevean 10 the ''Heaven 10 mattress''. I am a hot sleeper and have not once felt it with this mattress. I do not wake up in the middle of the night and have actually added one hour of sleep to my usual 5 to 6 hours nights. We both usually had stiff backs when getting up and this has almost completely gone. It is really amazing to witness such improvements and we only wish we had made our move to latex long before. We strongly recommend this mattress and consider the added investment is well worth it.
