FAQ

Yes, latex has a natural aroma. This scent is non-toxic and usually dissipates within a few days to a few weeks, depending on ventilation and a person's sensitivity to smell. In rare cases, those with very strong sensitivities may always notice a slight odour. However, it’s very different from the strong chemical off-gassing you may experience with synthetic foams. Many people even find the natural latex smell neutral or even pleasant. If you’re sensitive to scents, we can air the components in our factory upon request. This process takes 2-3 weeks.

shredded latex pillow

I love my new pillow! I went from a Talayla pillow to this shredded latex pillow which is firmer and no more facial crease line in the morning. I like the height and support. My friend bought one also on my recommendation but she had to remove about half the filling to suit her comfortably. Will buy again if I ever need another pillow.

Fantastic pillow!

I'm very happy with the shredded latex pillow. After removing about 1/4 of the fill (I've saved it in a ziplock bag in case I need it later) it's is so comfortable and it allows me to shift the the fill for both side and back sleeping!

Chemical smell. Can't use them

The mattresses are odour free. Perfect.
The pillows have a terrible chemical smell that won't go away. I've had them 2 weeks and still can't use them. Not organic latex

My favourite type of pillow. Can be shaped any which way and (for me the only option) that is putting these pillows in a very different category. May take some getting used to because they are firm but once I adjusted I would never switch to the traditional style pillow!

I greatly enjoy the shredded latex pillow! I did remove some of the stuffing about a gallon ziplock bag full. I saved it for later incase I desire to add it back. I gave it a 4 star as my husband hasn't appreciated the pillow so much. I'm over the top pleased with mine though!

Mouldy pillow upon arrival

We were excited to receive our pillows and took them out of the packaging right away - they were both individually packed in zipped plastic bags in a box. When we were taking them out we noticed they had blue and pink chalk all over them, rust-coloured stains, and what looks like mould. Ive emailed the company to let them know and sent photos but sadly haven’t heard back yet... so, for now they are sitting in their bags...hope we can get this sorted out soon...

My new favourite pillow!

I'm really loving this pillow! It comes stuffed with a lot of latex so it will satisfy anyone like myself who finds most pillows have too low of a loft for comfortable side sleeping. The latex can be removed easily to make it perfectly suited to your body. The shapeable quality of shredded latex is great also because once you shape it it holds its form really well (you won't be fighting your pillow all night for it to stay in a certain shape). Very satisfied!

Nice Pillow

This is a large pillow by my standards. I think I will have to take some of the latex out to lower the level. Luckily this is easily done via the zipper enclosure. Very comfortable in that your head sinks in to it's own weight. The cover is soft, organic cotton, as is my pillow case. Doesn't require much fluffing as the organic shredded latex seems to just bounce back. I am happy with my purchase.
