Shipping Policy

Most items are handmade to order in our local factory and shipped in 5-15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays). Some items may ship slightly quicker or longer. Standard shipping via a common carrier of our choice is FREE to all Canadian provinces. Please contact us if you're in a rush or want a shipping quote to the Canadian Territories.

All mattresses thicker than 6" are shipped partially assembled and require basic assembly. The bottom six inches are already assembled in the cover, and any additional layers must be zipped into the mattress at home. Please be aware that the common carrier can sometimes deliver the boxes on different days. Exercise caution when opening to avoid damage. 

FAQ

Curbside shipping means your order will be delivered to the closest street-level entrance of your home, such as your driveway or doorstep. The carrier will not bring the items inside or upstairs. This is the standard delivery method for most of our mattresses and components. If you live in remote area or on an island, we may only be able to deliver to the nearest depot or drop point such as a general store.

Yes and no. We do not roll and compress most mattresses for local deliveries made through our white glove delivery service. All mattresses shipped via a common carrier such as Canpar, Fedex, Purolator or UPS ship rolled, lightly compressed and partially assembled.



Most of our latex mattresses are made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for production, plus additional time for delivery depending on your location. Orders within British Columbia typically arrive faster, while shipments to Eastern Canada may take up to 7–10 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Yes, minimal assembly is required. Modular latex mattresses are shipped in separate boxes. Typically, the base 6" are packed in the cover, and the remaining layers are packaged separately. Unzip the cover and stack the layers in the correct order. No tools are required. Unpackaging the layers takes longer than the assembly process itself.

It depends on the delivery service.

Standard Shipping - They will not enter your home or any common areas, such as the lobby or hallway of a multi-unit dwelling.

White Glove Delivery - They will bring the mattress to a room of your choice, provided it's unobstructed. This service is included with any 100% latex mattress 10" or thicker, to most areas of Metro Vancouver. Please contact us for prices and availability for other areas.

Threshold Delivery - Threshold service sits between the simple drop-off of curbside shipping and the deluxe White Glove delivery service. The exact definition of this service can vary between freight companies. In general, threshold delivery means they will drop the mattress in the first accessible covered area. The threshold point can be a garage, apartment lobby or just inside the front door of your home. Extra charges apply. 

We can arrange for mattress removal and recycling for items delivered via our white-glove delivery service in Metro Vancouver. When combined with a delivery, the cost to remove a mattress is $80.

Yes, all orders can be picked up at our factory.

Yes, we can ship most of our products to the continental United States. Some limitations apply.

Yes, we can ship the Territories for an additional fee. In most cases, we are limited to products we can via ship Canada Post. Please contact us for more info.
