However, ongoing supply chain disruptions have delayed upcoming shipments and reduced our available stock during one of the busiest times of the year.

Rather than making everyone wait, we've decided to offer customers a rare chance to save 15% in exchange for a little patience.

Customers who need their orders sooner can purchase from our available inventory at our everyday low prices. By using the WAITANDSAVE code, you're choosing to wait for our incoming shipment in exchange for a 15% discount. Discounted orders will ship once inventory arrives, in the order they were received.

The WAITANDSAVE promotion will continue until our incoming container arrives. However, certain products have limited quantities allocated to the sale and may return to their regular prices sooner.

Limited Quantities Available

Kids Mattresses, Standard Vegan, Standard Wool, and DIY Mattresses are the most likely to reach their promotional limits before our container arrives. We recommend ordering early if you're considering any of these options.

When Will My Order Ship?

Estimated shipping window: December 9–31, 2026.

Orders will ship on a first-come, first-served basis. As with our regular production schedule, it may take up to 15 business days to fulfill all outstanding orders once our incoming shipment arrives.

Please understand that all shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause further delays. For example, if our shipment is selected for a random secondary inspection by Canada Customs, clearance typically takes an additional two weeks but can take longer.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order ships, the following are our typical delivery times:

  • Metro Vancouver: Same-day delivery service
  • Western Canada: Approximately 3 business days
  • Ontario: Approximately 5 business days
  • Quebec: Approximately 7 business days
  • Maritime Provinces: Approximately 7–14 business days

These transit times are in addition to the estimated shipping window and begin once your order leaves our factory. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, weather, and holiday shipping volumes.

The WAITANDSAVE promotion applies exclusively to eligible organic Dunlop latex products listed on this page. Products not featured on this page are excluded from the offer.

Yes. Customers who prefer faster shipping can purchase from our available inventory at our regular everyday low prices. Using the WAITANDSAVE code means agreeing to wait for our incoming shipment before your order is fulfilled.

Our estimated shipping window is December 9–31, 2026 (15 business days beginning December 9th) . Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis once our shipment arrives. These dates are estimates only, and unforeseen delays are possible.

The WAITANDSAVE promotion ends 48 hours after we receive our delivery confirmation. We will start a countdown clock at that time. We expect to received the delivery notification sometime between Nov 27th and Dec 5th. However, there's always the possibility that Canada Customs seizes the container for a full inspection. That can delay delivery by 2-4 weeks. Individual products may return to their regular prices sooner if their allocated promotional inventory has been sold.

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. Once your order ships, typical transit times range from same-day service in Metro Vancouver to 7–14 business days in the Maritime Provinces. Actual delivery times depend on your location, carrier schedules, and possible holiday delays.

Yes. Our standard return and refund policy applies to all WAITANDSAVE purchases, with one important adjustment: the 45-day return period begins on the date your order ships, rather than the purchase date. This ensures the extended waiting period doesn't reduce your return window.

All other standard return conditions, including applicable restocking and recycling fees, remain unchanged.

Yes. Eligible mattresses purchased through the WAITANDSAVE promotion still qualify for our Layer Exchange Program. The six-month exchange period begins on the date your mattress ships, rather than the purchase date, so the extended wait won't reduce your adjustment period.
