Layer Exchange Program

All Unison, Hevean and DIY organic latex mattresses purchased directly through Nature's Embrace are eligible for our layer exchange program, subject to the limitations below.

• The exchanges must happen within six months of the date of purchase on the original invoice.
• You can exchange a maximum of two layers in total.
• You can exchange the layers at different times.
• Only layers equal to or less than 3” thick are eligible. You cannot exchange the solid 6" cores for another firmness or layering combination.
• The total thickness of the original mattress must remain the same. 
• Return shipping of the original layer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Layers must be in original condition and free of smells, tears or stains.

Not applicable on custom-sized, as-is, clearance, floor models, warranty claims or older model mattresses with bonded layers. All models that qualify for our layer exchange program also automatically qualify for lifetime layer replacements. 

Lifetime Layer Replacements 

In addition to our initial Layer Exchange Program, you can replace layers or covers at a discounted rate for the life of the mattress for any reason. You can even do this after the Mattress Warranty expires. We define the life of the mattress as the 10 Year Mattress Warranty period plus five years (15 years in total). 

•  25% lifetime discount on replacement components 
• The discount period starts once the initial 6-month layer exchange window expires. 
• The total eligible discount period is six months to 15 years from the purchase date on the original invoice for all qualifying mattresses.
• Discount based on the current regular retail price of the layer or cover. 
• Not to be combined with any other sale or offer.
• A maximum of 2 additional layers per year, up to 5 per qualifying mattress, is permitted. 
• A maximum of 1 additional cover every two years, up to 5 per qualifying mattress, is permitted. 
• The replacement latex layers and covers must be the same size as the original mattress.
• Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Replacement layers do not extend the Mattress Warranty period.
• Non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
